◀ General ▶
⠀❥ Anything I find unsavory. As stated above, I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason.⠀❥ I select commissions based on interest. If you do not recive an answer or message, please assume that your request has not been accepted. I apologize for any inconvenience.⠀❥ Please, keep in mind that my preferences to talk are Twitter and Discord, if you do not have any of these social networks, email could be the last option.⠀❥ The finalized commission will be delivered by gmail or Discord. So that you have the highest quality.⠀❥ The commission can take between 1 or 3 months, depending on my free time or other circumstances (like my Patreon), but you can ask about the process. The time varies depending on the commission and sequences.⠀❥ You may not alter or edit the commission in any way. You are however allowed to crop or resize the commission and post it to another website as long as proper credit is given.⠀❥ I reserve the right to post a high resolution of the commissioned piece on my private Discord channel for promotional purposes or share my work. You may, if desired, require for the commission to not be posted or streamed, but please inform me beforehand.⠀❥ I hold all copyright to my artwork.⠀❥ Commissioning me means you agree to the terms and services mentioned. These terms are subject to change with notice when a new situation arises or clarifications need to be made.
◀ Payment ▶
⠀❥ I only accept USD and only Paypal⠀❥ All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.⠀❥ PayPal invoice will be sent to the commissioner after agreement between artist and commissioner.⠀❥ After you contact me and sending me an order template, I will do a budget according of what you want and the extras fees I have state on the commission page (like extra characters, difficult accesories, deadlines, etc.).⠀❥ You may ask for a deadline, however please keep in mind that you will be charged extra (rush fee) as I will skip other commissions and my job to work on yours. Depending on the deadline, rush fee will be charged up to 50% of the original commission price.
◀ Cancellation and Refund ▶
⠀❥ If you want to cancel a commission, you must do it before I begin working on the sketch. In that case, of the work hasn't begun yet, you can have a 100% of refund.⠀❥ If you cancel the commission after sketch stage you only get half refund. (If the deposit is $20, you only get $10 for refund).⠀❥ No Refund and cancellation if the commission is already after lineart stage.⠀❥ If I am the one who cancels your commission for a reason or another, you will get a full refund.
◀ Work Progress ▶
⠀❥ I will send in a screenshot of the piece on every stage for revisions including sketch, line art, flat color and full color. Before I confirm you are satisfy with on each stage I WILL NOT move onto the next stage.⠀❥ No extra charge for minor changes on sketch and flats colors. Extra change on lineart (the cost depends on the changes).⠀❥ Please let me know if you want anything change during sketch stage. There will be an extra charge if you ask for major changes such as a complete pose changes or overall change after lineart. Please, be clear about everything and know what you want to commission to avoid having this type of problem.⠀❥ The commissions DON'T include text, if you wish text, you must provide me with the dialogs to add it to the canvas⠀❥ In my work I will almost always change the color palette to suit my style. For example, if it is a very intense red, I will change to a lighter or opaque red.⠀❥ I will NOT make edits or revisions once I done your commission.
